When you apply to work for PGP you will receive an email acknowledging your application and giving you your username and password for access to your application webpage.
A particular mix of skills is needed in our volunteers. Thus the staff co-ordinator will start making decisions about which volunteers to offer places to when a number of applications have been made.
This usually means a first round of offers will be made at the end of April 2007. However, if you need to have a decision before this date please indicate this in your application. An email will be sent to you each month indicating the status of your application. Once you have received an offer you should log into your application webpage, using your username and password, and confirm acceptance or rejection of the offer.
If for any reason you have to change the dates you wish to work for us or have to pull out entirely please let us know as soon as possible. Although our staff are all volunteers PGP runs as a professional company. As such staff are also expected to act professionally. This means that when an offer is made by us and accepted by you we view this as a contract between us. So please be sure that you will be able to come to work for us before you accept our offer.
