Staffing
We provide all Front of House staff for the venue, including House Manager, Box Office, Usher(s) and Cafe staff.
We don't provide staff to hand out programmes - if you have these you will hand them out yourselves, or many groups leave them out on the seating before the show.
Box Office
Our box office operates from 30 minutes before the start of the first show of the day until 15 minutes after the start of the last show of the day (typically 10:00 - 23:30 approx.).
We also operate a telephone booking service, and both door and telephone bookings can be made with credit/debit cards.
The charge for your slot includes the cost of providing tickets and box office services and we do not charge companies commission on ticket sales. Companies can receive box office takings and returns for venue sales from 24 hours after each performance, keeping your cash-flow easier.
Note that a minimum of 25% of your tickets must be allocated to the Fringe Office for sale from their Box Office. We normally use an "open allocation", which means that the Fringe Office have access to sell most of the tickets. Different commission and payment arrangements apply for tickets sold by the Fringe Office.
We use a computerised box office, directly linked with that at the Fringe Office, enabling us to give you up to date reports on both venue and Fringe sales.
Since we do not take a commission on tickets, we leave the ticket prices up to you, though we are happy to advise you based on our experience.
If you wish to offer any special deals on tickets, again we are ready to discuss these with you, and to accommodate them as far as possible.
