The fee you pay us for your “slot” also entitles you to a free entry in the Paradise Green brochure and web site. Your entry will include:

• Dates/Times/Ticket Prices
• The name of your group
• The title of your show
• Up to 50 words of copy supplied by you
• An image or other graphic supplied by you

We will take the dates/times and the company and show names from the information you've already given us. You need to inform us of the ticket prices for your show, and provide us with your words and image/graphic. 

Once your contract has been issued and accepted, your brochure information can be submitted by logging into our programming system at https://www.paradise-green.co.uk/programming/dashboard

The deadline to submit this for our 2013 brochure is Friday 24th May. Note however that we will be making our website live shortly, so we strongly recommend providing us with the material as soon as possible so that we can make it live on our website.

Try to make your 50 words as clear, succinct and enticing as possible. If what you write about your show sounds compelling, it will help you stand out from the crowd.

The brochure is printed using a high quality printing process, so we need good high-resolution images that are at least 5" (130mm) wide at 300dpi (or at least 1500 pixels wide). We’d prefer your image to be landscape (that’s wider than high), ideally with an aspect ratio of around 3:2.  

Images will be accepted in either black and white or colour and end up around 45x30mm in the brochure. We will sometimes crop images to suit the layout in the brochure - let us know if there is any part of the image you don’t want to lose.

We prefer photographs, etc to be provided in JPEG format. Logos or similar artwork should be provided in PNG or JPEG format. Other image formats may also be acceptable but please check with us before sending them.

If you submit more than one image we will chose the one that we think works best, unless you tell us to disregard one of the images.

Please make sure that you either own the copyright on the image, or that you have permission to use it for publicity purposes. It will be used in our brochure (print run around 10000) and on our web site. 

Please also remember that all of our venues are church-owned and that our programme features shows for all age groups, so we need to be slightly sensitive about the content of images used. This shouldn’t be a problem, but we do reserve the right to reject images if they are too strong.
