All print (and any adverts in the Fringe Programme or other media) relating to your Fringe performances must carry our branding.
This is in the format of a banner which may be placed at the top or bottom of your print.
The banner may be downloaded from your dashboard in our programming system at https://www.paradise-green.co.uk/programming/dashboard by going to the appropriate entry in the Shows menu (note this will only become available once the contract has been issued and you have supplied date/pricing information for the show).
PLEASE NOTE - WE MAY REFUSE TO DISPLAY YOUR POSTERS/FLYERS IN THE VENUE, OR TO ALLOW THEM TO BE HANDED OUT IN OR NEARBY THE VENUE IF THEY ARE NOT CORRECTLY BRANDED.
Please note that our contract allows us to adjust the time of your show up until the Fringe deadline so you MUST download a final copy of the banner on or after 11th April.
Posters are not particularly effective at the Fringe because of the huge pressure for space, and so we recommend you produce only enough for display at the venue plus any you will use during your own publicity events. Please don't make posters larger than A3 as it is very hard to find space for large posters in our displays in the venue.
Flyers, on the other hand, can be a very effective marketing tool. Much has been written on flyer production for the Fringe and we won't attempt to reproduce it here - please consult the Fringe Office pack "How to Sell a Show on the Fringe" for some basic advice.
For us to create publicity displays, ideally we should receive copies of your posters and/or flyers at our Augustine's Office address, sent to arrive between Friday 26th and Wednesday 31st July.
