Customers will automatically be refunded in the event of cancellation of a performance or where the performance significantly fails to match the advertised description.
Refunds will be made by the sales point from which the ticket was purchased and will be made in the same format in which the original payment was taken: card payments will be refunded to the original card, cheque or cash payments will be refunded by cheque or cash respectively.
In the interests of good customer relations, should a customer be denied admission due to late arrival or be unable to make the performance booked we will endeavour to alter the booking to another performance of the same show. This is on a discretionary basis and we may be unable to do this if performances are sold out.
Financial information including any card details will be used only for the purposes of processing the payment and/or any refund, and will not be passed to any third party except for these purposes, or retained for longer than required to carry them out.
Other personal data will be only used for the purposes of administering your booking(s) with us and will not be passed to third parties except as reasonably required for these purposes.
Paradise Green Promotions is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act.
